Program Summary

Using "will power" to make changes in life can be extremely challenging. The Float Guru programs are designed to slowly reprogram the subconscious mind in a sensory deprivation environment over 6 to 8 weeks to create a stress free life. Every week you will make choices and decisions to enhance your state of being automatically, without stress or pressure of the 'will'.

Program Structure

Every week, we spend 30 mins one on one, pre float, going through various ideas, concepts and techniques to use in the tank. After your 1 hour float session, you will again spend 30 mins with me integrating your experience into your daily life and planning for the week ahead.
