Program Summary

Using "will power" to make changes in life can be extremely challenging. My program is designed to raise your consciousness and shift your current mindset depending your specific goals.

We will analyse your current situation, identify limiting beliefs and other potential challenges and obstacles you face and devise a custom plan of action designed to help you achieve specific outcomes in your life.

We dive deep into our subconscious and start to reprogram your new life.

Every week you will make choices and decisions to enhance your state of being automatically, without stress or pressure of the 'will'.

Step 1 - Identification and Rapport

During the first three weeks we will identify limiting beliefs that are holding you back and shift your world view gradually. The way we move into this step is what really my life coaching programs unique. You must first do inner work to develop a greater understanding of yourself, your habits and how you view yourself and the world around you before you can tackle goals in your career, relationship or health. This is where we use the flotation tanks unique environment. Void of all distractions and combined with our pre, during and post float techniques, you will gain rapid momentum.

Step 2: Developing Practices and Mindset Training

Once the foundations are laid out, we move into deeper aspects of your mind, body, intellect and spirit. By now you should be feeling great from with in and rapidly moving towards your goal with force and momentum. At this stage I will guide you to avoid common pitfalls and mistakes most people commit, and introduce you to a new way of living that supports your goals. You will start to fine tune your choices and live consciously.
