Burnout can also cause long-term changes to your body that make you vulnerable to illnesses like colds and flu.

Because of its many consequences, it's crucial to deal with burnout right away.

What is Revive?

Revive is a one day workshop combining floatation tanks and mind-body techniques.

Revive is not a magic pill; instead, it’s an art of living that one can use to make a positive impact on their busy, hamster wheel lives. 

In fact, with continued practice at home, ‘Revive’ technique releases tension developed in everyday life, removing the old habit of reacting in an unbalanced way to pleasant and unpleasant situations.

Through consistency, you will get deep sleep at night, wake up fresh, full of energy and a light heart ready to own the day.

Total workshop length : 3 hours

Part 1 : Pre Float Session - 45 mins

Part 2: Float Session - 90 mins

Part 3: Post Float Session - 45 mins


Pre Float Session - (45 mins) Foundation

  • Pre Float session is about building a solid foundation.

  • I prepare you for the flotation experience with the right mindset required to tackled stress and burnouts.

  • You will learn the 5 step float technique for clients new to floatation tanks.

  • We will go through body positioning, breathing techniques, develop good habits and avoid common mistakes.

  • You will settle into your float faster and experience a more profound relaxation than ever before!


The Floatation Experience ( 90 mins )

  • You spend 60 mins to 90 mins in the tank using the techniques learnt in the pre-float session.

  • Experience first hand the power of floatation therapy by reducing your stress, anxiety and fatigue.

  • You will have a roadmap of possible experiences and how to guide your float into different stages and focus on various aspects of the float.

  • You will walk out of the tank, feeling brand new and ready for the post-float session.


Post Float Session- (45 mins) Integration.

  • In this session, you will understand and absorb your floatation experience

  • We will integrate your experience to use in your daily lives.

  • You learn four daily practices to take home. These techniques will increase your energy levels and maintain focus.

  • Result: Equipped with the right tools and techniques to tackle burnouts, stress and revive your life!
